The Composer Alone can explain Music |
Like any other arts – sculpture, carving on wood, or painting –
music must be designed by the composer who create form of
music and it may be achieved through a recognizable pattern of the elements like melody, rhythm and harmony. It is the organization of musical ideas into a meaningful design. A finished piece of
music may be described as a design in tone and in time. Teaching
dancing and listening to
music is a challenge for a teacher. In this case the role of theater in the development of musical culture is immense – it may be called a real center of musical ideas that are so necessary for the youth. The choreographers,
dancers and conductors are bringing up young generation to love music and beauty. The principle of modern dancing appears to be force of feeling, vividness and precision of interpretation. While the choreography is extremely
musical and plastic, it is at the same time close to feelings and emotions. In a
dance people express their way of life, love and sufferings. Dancing is a unique language that the dancer uses to speak to the audience. He/she tries to express his feelings with the help of movements and make the audience understand what the pattern of dance performs. It is fun when the audience is deeply impressed by
dancing – a storm of applause is arising after each movement. A
dancer is constantly working to perfect technique of the pattern. To my mind, it is hard to achieve good results in order to please the audience and get the pleasure in
dancing. He/she alone can know the end of the story – the real inner composition and plan. The greatest composer Ludwig Van Beethoven used to say that ‘music must strike fire out of human’s soul’. I‘d like to add that is true with respect to dancing – it must urge the audience to dance,
dance and dance… |
